On Pacific models, there are two different controllers. Watch the video below of the controller you find on your Pacific:

To control the battery level, the battery voltage will give this information:
- 14v at high load (when charging - cable plugged)
- 13v at maintenance load
- 12.30v static (in use, e.g. fridge switched on)
- Below 12v unloaded (needs to be charged).
