If the flame on your stove goes out when you release the gas knob, please follow the instructions below:
- Before releasing the gas knob, wait a few seconds and then slightly turn it to the left or to the right;
- If you are facing the circular shaped metal plate of the stove, look for the metal structure (thermostat) between 12 and 1 o'clock (see image attached);
- Compare the metal structure on both burners as it might have jumped out of its place;
- Locate the thermostat and pull it up to connect it properly.
