In case of a flat battery, there are two possibilities to get yourself back on the road:
Option 1: Find cables and another vehicle to jump start the battery
During this procedure it is very important to follow the order to connect and disconnect the red/black cables (please see the image below):
Option 2: Have us call you a breakdown truck to jump start the battery
- Make sure you know your exact location and try to look for a reference point around you;
- Give us a call to our support line between 9h and 18h or to our emergency line outside business hours.
- The breakdown truck will meet you as soon as possible to jump start the battery.
In case you want us to call you the breakdown truck, a 200€ breakdown call out fee will be applied.
Please make sure to not use the USB ports at the front unless the engine is running as these will consume the main battery instead of the leisure one.
It is equally important to make sure that no lights are on after exiting the vehicle.
